Scott Fullarton  FAPI

Scott Fullarton is the Director and has been involved in the valuation profession for over 31 years.

In his career, he has held the positions of Associate Director with Finch-Freeman for over 7 years, managing their mortgage and insurance division and Associate Director with the Edward Rushton Group, managing their New South Wales property department.

Scott has carried out valuations of all types of property with an emphasis on the CBD area, major industrial and commercial complexes, suburban hotels, service stations, all types of residential property.

He is considered a leading expert in the field of local government accounting and insurance valuations, being the contracted valuer to a number of Council Groups.

He holds unlimited registration in New South Wales and is experienced Australia-wide, covering Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, A.C.T., Northern Territory and Papua New Guinea.

Tino Foti  AAPI

Tino Foti has been involved in the valuation profession for over 21 years, commencing his career in a Government department, where he worked for approximately 2 years and then moved on to Finch Freeman for 5 years, where he obtained the position of senior valuer.

He is involved with the valuation of all types of residential, industrial and commercial properties.

Tino is extensively involved in the specialist field of Local Government insurance and accounting valuations, having carried out work for numerous metropolitan and regional Councils.

Andrew Nock  AAPI (Plant & Equipment) Alliance Partner with SFV

Andrew Nock has been involved in the valuation profession for over 27 years. He has extensive experience in all types of plant and equipment valuations, asset registers and reconciliations throughout Australia and Overseas for major corporations and Federal, State and Local Government Authority’s.

Prior to establishing Andrew Nock Pty Ltd, Andrew worked for F.R. Strange Pty Ltd from 1976-1986 as a Plant and Equipment Valuer and Auctioneer and was General Manager of the Rushton Group from 1986 to 2001.


Colin McWilliam (Fine Arts) Alliance Partner with SFV

Colin McWilliam has been involved in the valuation profession for over 28 years and has operated his own practise for 12 years, subsequent to his 5 years with Edward Rushton. He is the principal of McWilliam and Associates who conduct the fine arts/heritage items component of our service.

During this time he has carried out a variety of fine arts valuations for both government and commercial sectors. In addition to this range of experience he has acted as an auctioneer which has given him an "on hands" knowledge of values.
