Insurance & Accounting
We are noted for our expertise in accounting and insurance valuations, especially to Local Government, having been involved with over 70 Councils throughout New South Wales. We have developed a methodology for undertaking valuations, in accordance with Accounting Standard AASB116, that has ensured that our valuations have never required an Audit Qualification.

CBD Properties
Scott Fullarton Valuations (SFV) assess market values for investment and vacant possession properties. Rental assessments are, also, provided and we have been appointed to determine rentals by the Australian Property Institute in dispute. SFV have, also, been involved in the valuation of numerous major high rise properties.
